- You are charged for the day you drop off your pet
regardless of the time of drop off - Check out time is 10:00 a.m. on day of departure
- Any pet departing after 10:00 a.m. will be charged for the entire
day ~ unless your pet is groomed on the day of departure. - Fleas and ticks are not allowed. Pets will be treated at the
owner's expense. - We reserve the right to refuse unruly pets
